Step 1: Turn off your device. After this, press and hold the volume down key and power / lock key simultaneously for a few seconds. Then enter in recovery mode.

Step 2: Using the Volume Down Key, go to "wipe data / factory reset". Select "Yes, delete all user data" in it.
