Rejections are wonderful sources of motivation
Do you have the fear of rejections,
Today I am going to discuss very real thing that happens in our life.
Most of the time when we apply for jobs or in interviews or something for which we will try our best but got rejected or fail.
That is the very hardest moment of our life where we feel like giving up or totally demoralized, 'We asked ourselves why I got rejected.
if this is the same thing which happened in your life once in a moment , so you are reading the right article.
So directly I can say to all of you that have fear about rejections.
I can say that rejections are a good thing if we will take this as positive.
From my personal experience, I can say that we have to follow the one theme in our life that may be the same as you heard many times, but again I would like to remind that " I never lose either I learn or win ".
This is my theme line in my life , whenever I gots rejected in interviews or something that I couldn't achieve for which I have tries a lot, after that my thoughts were like I try to find out the things which I can learn, every interview/rejections will give you at least one thing to learn to implement in you.
You only need to find that thing if you have rejected 10 times so you are the one who has more chances to be successful in the future in comparison to the one who gets succeeds in the first attempt and you can utilize those 10 different things in your life.
After each and every rejections just think only one line " You deserves better ",
and I am 100% sure if you thinks like that in future you will definitely deserve better.
Just note it down somewhere.
Now we can take a real-life example, just read carefully
Jack ma the richest person of china and the second richest person of Aisa, co-founder and former executive chair of Alibaba Group, a multinational technology conglomerate.
He has failed three middle school for three times,
For three years he tried and failed in the universities.
He applied jobs for jobs 30 times and got rejected.
He went to KFC for the job when KFC come to china, 24 (twenty-four) people went for the job,You know that 23 (twenty-three) was accepted and He was the only one who gots rejected.
He applied for a job in the police,in the group of 5 (five) people He is the only one who got rejected.
He applied 10 (ten) times for Harvard and rejected it.
He received more than a dozen rejections including from KFC.
Then He was hired as an English teacher.Jack_Ma loved his job he made only $12 a month at a local university.
Ma had no experience with computers or coding, but he was captivated by the internet. Jack's first online search was "beer " , but he was surprised to find that no Chinese beers turned up in the results.
It was then he decided to found an internet company for China. Though his first two ventures failed.
Four years later he gathered 17 of his friends in his apartment and convinced them to invest in him.
And his vision for an online marketplace he called " Alibaba. "
The site allowed exporters to post product listings that customers could buy directly.
" We will make it because we are young and we never, never ever give up," Ma said to a gathering of employees.
The only thing is we have to never give up, we have to keep on fighting, we don't have to complain, we have to keep on changing keep implementing ourselves.
It's just a reminder in case your mind is playing tricks on you,
Always remember: You are amazing, You are strong, You are talented, You've got this!
Keep going, Your time will come...

You Don’t Need a College Degree to be a Software Developer!
Hay guy's if you want to be a software developer so today I am going to discuss a very important topic for you.
Nowdays people's are spending or I can say totally wasting his precious time , money and efforts in completing their college degrees to become a software developer.
You don't need a computer science degree to become a software developer.
From my personal experience I would like to suggest each and every person if you're ultimate goal is to become a software developer,
So you must have to be totally focused on practical knowledge except theorytical knowledge.
In my career I have seen many MCA/Btech graduates who don't have any practical knowledge, who don't how things work in real time ,after spending too much they felt like they're betrayed by colleges.
Ok so now ask yourself what is good in between,
A person who have only a MCA/Btech degree in five year's or
A person who have five years of big industry experience.
I hope you understand my point.
If you're going to choose software industry so just make sure that any employer is not going to choose the candidate whome they have to teach ,
So you must have to be a self taughter and in software industry learning is lifetime.
Another example:
Mr.Tanmai Bakshi, an Indian aged 13 Years (Entering class 9) Has Been Appointed By GOOGLE USA At a Salary of Rs.66 Lakhs per Month. Please Watch His Interview With Co.Officials..What A Confidence...He Replies With Such A Poise...Authority...Simply Superb...That's Why They Say...God's Creations are Amazing At Times... Super Duper Sharp... Brain He Has...
Just remember one thing in your life ,
" When you do it with a passion,
Age , degree is no bar in your journey. "

Example: If you have to go to Hill station via car so what will you choose a car driver who have a driving license or a car driver who have real time experience about hill roads ups and downs.
